Thermal Imaging
An infrared scan of the home will be performed at every inspection. Infrared technology allows a more thorough inspection of your home, giving you a better understanding of the condition of your investment.
An infrared scan during your home inspection can reveal energy loss such as leaks around doors and windows, HVAC duct leaks, missing or insufficient insulation in walls and attic. Thermal imaging can also be used to detect moisture in walls, ceilings, and floors, which may be caused by plumbing and roof leaks. An infrared scan of the electrical components can uncover dangerous overheating of electrical receptacles, wiring, and breakers.
